自动控制文献翻译——摘要

过去的三十年是大致匹配法国运输工程史的时期,重要实现四个方面,即安全,平均车速,车流密度和成本,这些已经落实。

在这个充满竞争的21世纪,公众所关注的铁路运输必须要面对日益增加的质量,安全和成本,这些开支主要用来支持先进技术的发展,特别是列车自动化控制技术的引进。

我们单位(ESTAS,自动运输系统及其安全性评价)能够很好地分析列车自动化控制装置,我们不仅参与研究,而且也已经接受法国交通部的委托,来评估最近的约20种类似的系统。

电脑控制的自动列车逐步引进了列车驾驶模式,从手工操作到全自动化层次。从三个方面进行了分析:

1.手动列车安全监测设备驱动程序控制列车速度和设置在危险处的信号传递。  

2.自动速度控制与驱动和列车信号显示都基于线路端设备,陆地上的轨道列车传动系统设备。

3.全自动控制,即自动的无人驾驶和无人的的自动化控制。

本文介绍了自动化功能的基本概念与操作。最近的一些法国类型列车自动控制系统将列车自动控制的事实本身不是目的,但必须是正当的,在各方面的利益下,首先是安全。

我们单位名称为ESTAS“安全评估自动化引导陆路运输”

Abstract

During the last three decades, a period roughly matching French transportation engineering history, important realization have been implemented in four areas, namely safety, average speed, traffic density and costs.

Public guided rail transportation must remain competitive in this 21century to face increasing quality, safety and cost requirements These  requirements were mainly supported by the development of advanced technology, notably with the introduction of automated train control.

Our unit(ESTAS-Evaluation of Automatic Transport Systems and their Safety)is well placed to analysis automated train control devices, as we are not only involved in research but, have also been entrusted by the French Ministry of Transport, with assessing about 20 recent such systems.

The progressive introduction of automatic train computerized control offers a hierarchy of driving modes ranging from manual operation to full automation. Three general levels were analysed.    .

Manual train control using safety devices for monitoring the driver’s operation of the train speed and the passing of signals set at danger.

Automated Speed Control with driver and Cab signal display based on line side devices, on board devices and track to train transmission system.

Fully automated control, i.e. Automated driverless and Automated man less Control.

This paper describes the basic concept like automation versus operator function. Some recent French types of automated train control systems will be fact that Automated Train Control is not an end in itself, but must be justified in terms of the various benefits, beginning with safety.

ESTAS have been commissioned by the French Ministry of Transport to assess the safety of the new automated public guided transport systems before issuing the Operating.......
