自动控制文献翻译——随着通信技术、网络技术、控制技术、电子技术、计算机软硬件技术、仿真技术、人工智能技术的快速发展,计算机联锁系统在世界范围内得到广泛应用,特别对可靠性和容错技术的深入研究,安全的计算机联锁系统技术正不断地改进、完善和发展。重载铁路比较发达的国家其计算机联锁系统不再是孤立的信号控制系统,而是信号安全综合控制监测系统和综合运营管理系统的一个子系统,计算机联锁系统的功能不断得到拓展,已远远超出车站信号安全控制设备的概念范畴。我国铁路要积极发展新一代调度集中系统、列车控制系统和计算机联锁系统,在较高起点上、较短时间内,以高速铁路、客运专线的建设等为重点,建立和发展我国的铁路信号安全综合控制监测系统和运营管理系统计算机联锁系统面临前所未有的发展机会,当然计算机联锁也需要解决来自安全可靠、功能、效率、服务等方面的新的关键课题,以适应建设信息化、智能化、高科技现代化铁路的需要。
