通信工程文献翻译——摘要:机器的状态对加工起着重要作用,机器状态监测系统应用于机床和加工领域能够提供明显的经济效益。发展这种系统需要可靠的加工数据并能反映加工过程。这项研究以单片机为基础检测刀具在铣削加工状态下对振动信号的采集。建成以单片机为基础收集切削振动信号的一个数据采集系统。检测数控铣床机器系统的应用,采用实验研究和数据分析相结合的方法提出了一种系统进行验证。现场测试显示系统能正确执行机器的建议。

1.引言和文献回顾
全球市场的竞争已经改变了现代大规模生产制造技术,精益制造业在日本兴起,旨在避免浪费性的活动,以更强的盈利提供产品和服务。生产监控设备是一个重要组成部分,推动制造业更加精简,更有竞争力[1,2]。
加工过程中,工件产品所需的的形状,大小,精度和表面质量可以从材料的芯片数据中获得。监控机器在生产高品质低成本的零部件中起着非常重要的作用。每年向绝大多数金属生产厂家提供生产[3]加工。
举个例子,一个刀具状态监测系统能检测出工具表面光洁度损害的情况还能检测出工具当中迟钝和折断的情况。为了使机器在最佳的状态下运行定期的机器维修和更换是不可或缺的。然而,由于模具是相当昂贵的,理想情况下,切削工具应该最大限度地降低制造成本,在实践中,尽管铣刀仍有功能但切削工具使用一定期限后通常被替换和废弃来避免由机床故障造成的缺陷。显然,频繁更换工具,不但增加加工费用(刀具成本),而且还损害生产力,因此检测机器的工作状态十分重要,以便使制造业在一个较低的成本下运作,同时生产卓越的产品并且及时交货[4,5]。
通过检测加工过程和机器故障[5],自动化机器状态监测可以达到降低成本,提高加工质量和生产率的目的。这种自动化机器状态监测系统如图所示1,已经创造出来的理论和研究涉及机床和加工过程[1,6]。图中机器状态监测系统由两部分组成:数据采集子系统与决策子系统。数据采集子系统包括一个信号测量装置(传感器)和信号处理算法。在加工操作过程中,收集原始的传感器动态加工信号(切削力,振动,温度,等)。对这些原料加工处理,然后对信号提取加工。这些功能可以使用决策子系统,推导出刀具状态并预测零件的质量,以确定是否需要纠正。准确可靠的采集数据(第一子系统图—1)是一种用于监测机器状态的重要依据。一些研究人员已经研究了各种相关的机器......
Abstract Machine condition plays an important role in machining performance. A machine condition monitoring system will provide significant economic benefits when applied to machine tools and machining processes. Development of such a system requires reliable machining data that can reflect machining processes. This study demonstrates a tool condition monitoring approach in an endmilling operation based on the vibration signal collected through a low-cost, microcontroller-based data acquisition system. A data acquisition system has been built through interfacing a microcontroller with a signal transducer for collecting cutting vibration. The examination tests of this developed system have been carried out on a CNC milling machine. Experimental studies and data analysis have been performed to validate the proposed system. The onsite tests show the developed system can perform properly as proposed.
