地理信息系统文献翻译——因为经济的快速发展，城市机动化水平的不停提升，停车难题更加严峻，给城市交通带来巨大的压力。江门市的机动车保有量超常规增长，2005年机动车保有量已达125万辆，2000～2005年均增长13.5％，且有继续加快增长的趋势，停车需求迅速增长。因为历史的理由，停车供需矛盾已成为需要处理的交通难题之一。城市“停车难”情形已引起各方人士的留意。 

1停车场分类 

停车需求可分为两类：基本停车需求和社会停车需求。基本停车需求，指由车辆保有引起的停车需求，即所谓夜间停车需求，原因是为居民或单位车辆夜间停放有关服务；社会停车需求，指由车辆应用引起的停车需求，是白天停车需求的重要构成相当一部分，原因是因为社会、经济活动所产生的各式各样出行所形成的。 

鉴于江门市实际状况和调查的同一性，咱们主要以停车设施的功能分类，主要分为三种类型：配建停车场（包括专用和对外）、社会公共停车场和路内停车。 

2江门市中心城区停车供应面临的难题 

通过对江门市中心城区配建停车场、社会公共停车场和路内停车的调查与实地核查，发现现在江门市中心城区的停车供应存在左右部分难题。 

2.1配建停车场 

（1）关键点分析范围内用地极其紧张，伴随着车辆保有辆的增长，以前旧城区建筑配建车位数已经不可以满足现在的停车需求，停车历史遗留难题严重，配建标准与准则亟需规范。 

（2）开发商将设备用房面积、通道面积计入停车面积，可行停车车位少。

（3）配建停车场（库）设计不是很合理。缺乏配备消防、照明等设施，车辆出入也不方便。 

（4）许多建筑物配建停车场（库）都被挪作他用，变成了赢利的地下商场或堆放货物的仓库，迫使车辆占道违章停车，形成路段交通阻塞，涉及机动车通行。 

2.2社会公共停车场 

（1）停车场多家方面的管理，各自为政，缺乏实行专项规划、设计、建设和应用，而且缺乏一个专门的方面的管理法规，使得了公共停车场规划建设滞后，方面的管理混乱。 

（2）部分停车场因为位置不妥或进出交通流组织不力，进出停车场的交通流秩序混乱，路边停车场交通流左进右出，路外停车场进出通道双向交通流混乱，进而涉及到相邻干道上的交通流。 

（3）停车场指路、指示标记缺少 ，驾驶员很难找到停车场；无停车诱导信息，驾驶员对停车场的车位供应状况盲目。 

（4）公交首末站因为位置和规模不妥，使得停车场内......
