一、引言
如今,交流低电压测试仪综合应用于电子工业和军事企业。在核工业,交流低电压测试仪器可用于测试传感器的输出,这些传感器由测试和控制电路组装而成,且输入信号不是电信号,而是如压力,温度和流量一类的模拟物理信号。在航天工业中,交流低电压测试仪用于测试电压变化,电力供应中电压的稳定性。在航空工业中,交流低电压测试仪用于测试焊接和铆的结果
因此,交流低电压表检定变得越来越重要。结合相关技术发展和现有的标准,本文介绍了关于低压交流电压表检定的四种方法。
二、电阻分压器
交流稳压电源通过电阻分压器输出的交流低电压,这是一种交流低压表检定方法。这种方法需要充分考虑参数、噪声、热电、漂移、盾牌和接触电阻的影响。
A.分布参数的影响
无感技术通常用于分频器组件,所以混合电容主要分布参数包括分布电容分压器和垂直电容分压器之间的高、低臂,恢复和减小尺寸可以减少错误分布参数的影响。
B.噪声的影响
分压器噪声包括热噪声和剩余噪声。热噪声是由电荷随机热振动引起的,电阻的热噪声......
Abstract: Application of AC low-voltage technology is introduced in this paper, and the essentiality of AC low voltage‘s verification is indicated. Respective discussed some methods applied in AC low voltage meter verification, include method of resistance divider, method of inductive divider, method of AC-DC transfer and method of standard source. Principle and actuality development of those four methods be expatiated. At the last the characteristic and specification of an AC low voltage standard source is introduced, this instrument manufactured by our Institute, which consist of 10V voltage reference, 7-bitprogrammable decimal divider, sine wave generator and low noise programmable divider, voltage reference be used to change amplitude of standard output, sine wave generator be used to output AC voltage signal, low noise divider be used to generate AC low voltage, uncertainty is mV at 10 mV 1kHz.

I. INTRODUCTION
Nowadays AC low voltage test instrument comprehensive apply in electronic industry and military enterprise. In nuclear industry AC low voltage test instrument be used to test sensors’ output, those sensors be assembled in test and control circuits, and the input
signal is non-electrical signal, such as pressure,temperature and flow. In space industry AC low voltage test instrument be used to test voltage ripple and voltage stability of power supply. In aviation industry AC low voltage test instrument be used to test the result of welding and riveting.
Therefore the verification of AC low voltage meter becomes more and more important. Combining the development of relative technology and existing standard, four methods about verification of AC low voltage meter are introduced in this paper.
II. RESISTOR DIVIDER
